COVID-19 | Shipping

As the world adjusts to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), shipping is inevitably affected. Every country and region is facing shipping delays of various degrees. The team will do our best to keep you updated and informed about your order during this time as new information becomes available.

Regions heavily affected by the pandemic such as the US, Canada, most regions in Europe, and Asia will be subjected to possible delays. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Shipping

Shipping is free to the US, part of EU countries, and China for all machine and accessories orders. We will charge the shipping cost for some countries, the exact amount of which you will see at the time of payment. In-stock orders received by 06:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders will usually ship the next business day if received after 7:00 p.m. EST on Saturday or Sunday, or on public holidays. 

Items in your order may ship at different times, depending on availability. Usually orders will be delivered witin 5-10 business days.

LuckyBot will make every effort to process orders within the stated time frame. Machine orders may have the option to choose an estimated first-available delivery date during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. LuckyBot is not liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events.

To ensure the security of purchases, LuckyBot may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to the distribution center and inventory availability.

Order status

If you provided your email address during checkout, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. This email will include your shipment’s tracking number, allowing you to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website directly.

Taxes and other charges

Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.
